Asian gangs are considered the fastest growing street gangs in Los Angeles but they are the least visible gangs and most White gangs are Supremicist groups.

Many neighborhoods can not maintain themselves with the level of competition. They may get pulled into other neighborhoods or they just fade out. Only discuss those areas that have been ABSOLUTELY gone for some years.
