Actually these teams dont have a superstar : Charrlote, Memphis, Atlanta, Golden State, Utah, Chicago, DETROIT, Miluwakee, and of course Portland. None of these teams have a true superstar in the likes of Garnett, Bryant, Shaq or Duncan.
