there is actually a third gang that goes by 20s, the ES Outlaws. they are bloods am i correct? The ? i have are they in la city or county? LA city East Side Low Bottoms (original S. Central Los Angeles) in the 20th streets...... u can see the downtown skyscrapers in the horizon dats good money...
