I used to know a couple guys from WDC. The Santa Ana peeps were mostly Cambodian. I didn't know they were originally from LA though.

Like most people who posted, different ethnic groups dressed differently.

My Filipino friends I grew up with dressed in straight ben davis, dickies, and cortez shoes.

My Viet homeboys dressed in slacks, a lot of black, etc.

We are all products of our environment.
