I saw the movie two times on theathre. I was amazed about the film. Clintwood acted very well and the story was good. Yeah the hmong gang was a bit...hmm to softy maybe? Shure they shoot on eastywood and the hmong house, but when clintwood confronted them, they went to softies. But overall the movie...

I have almost the same plans as you, but i don't want to aks some gang bangers questions. I think it's to dangerous when you don't know a banger in person. They can think that you want to provocate them or you are a cop or something. It's a very interesting idea to talk with some active gang member...

I found some philippino gangs using 13 in their click names...but no black and whites

I don't found a white or black gang using 13 during my researches. But i'm not hundred percent shure.
About the 13. Yes ist stands for the M in the alphabet and for la eMe (mexican mafia). Every sureno gang use it.
