Well it actually was a buddhist symbol meaning "Peace" before it was anything else. But then later on the Nazi's made it into their symbol for hate and war. I'm still not sure if it is supposed to be the buddhist symbol or the nazi symbol. I have heard of some people who really hate their own race.

^^^I believe you, because it's true. A lot of Southeast Asian gangs get the swastika tattooed on themselves as well. I wasn't even thinking of the buddhist symbol when I saw the pictures above.

I can't speak strictly for California gangs but I can tell you some about Southeast Asian gangs in the U.S. Vietnamese, Laotian, Mien, Hmong, and Cambodian gangs are the major Southeast Asian street gangs in the United States that cause the most problems.
