I made my trip to Phoenix AZ. I found tons of gang tags, mostly Wetback Power and West Side Phoeniquera 27th Ave. Found a few from Las Cautro Milpas. Monroe doesn't have too much of a gang scene. In past there has been some documented 18th Street and MS-13 graffiti found in Monroe, but I don't either gang really has a strong presence there. I was reading a old newspaper article and back in 1992 in Bremerton some guys from Los Angeles' "Mansfield Gangsters Crips" & "Santana Blocc Crips" were charged with murder after they got into a drug dispute and killed two Bremerton teens that were from "Acacia Blocc Crips".
