But yeah, in the 60’s to 90’s a lot of non hespanic members were hard core 18 streeters. As Samoans in the 1960-1970’s in LA their were not any Samoan gangs near the city. Most Samoans lived in Carson and Long Beach. So, they banged 18 where they live in the Westlake area and McAurthur park.
