pacoima vaughn st is right on the borderline of san fernando & pacoima but they are on the pacoima side. you can tell just by the street signs on the pacoima side it's all la style street signs and on the san fernando side it's all new street signs because they're their own city.

Canoga Park isn't all white it's almost all hispanic. Whites are moving out of the west valley if you haven't noticed. Except for areas like woodland hills, west hills, and other areas south of ventura the valleys almost all hispanic. 20 years ago is when everything was white out here but not now.
