They are supposed to be former members of Sin Town crip trying to be their own gang. Their hood is right by Ganesha High, with Sin Town on the other side south of the fair.

Yeah, Ontario has 2 nice parts in the SE side and Fontana has a nice part in the north side near the mountains north of Highland Avenue. They are far from nice cities overall.

I think the area of Carson known as Dominguez right off the 710 has worse houses than VP's hood.
