This neighborhood sprung out in the late 80s, 1987-1989 around there, they pretty much died out in the mid to late 90s, some time around there, 1994-1999. Definitely died out in the 90s era, because they were making absolutely no noise and were not active in the 2000s era, (early 2000s until now) etc.
