This neighborhood sprung out in the late 80s, 1987-1989 around there, they pretty much died out in the mid to late 90s, some time around there, 1994-1999. Definitely died out in the 90s era, because they were making absolutely no noise and were not active in the 2000s era, (early 2000s until now) etc.

I think its safe to say that this hood is defunct.

I don't know how accurate this Los Angeles magazine from January of 1998 is, but it stated that there was a "Vatos Locos" gang, with seven to eight members, in the Mid City Los Angeles area, they were originally an East L.A based gang that died out in the 1980's and started a new hood in this area, ...

Varrio Sepas or Varrio Sepulveda 13, they were indeed active at one point in time, they had there own turf near the langdon street gang in the west san fernando valley area, back in the late 70s, early 80s, but eventually died out.
