Not so sure about the LA side, but I do know the Hawthorne BNG's were already active by the late 80's, so I'm assuming for LA early 80's?

L.A. area Bahala Na Gang?
Early 80's for the American counterparts, the San Francisco Chapter was already banging before the L.A's got started up. Original BNG's are from the prisons in the Phillippines, and populate the poor ghettos of the Phillippines...Tondo and such...
Main enemy is L.A. Satanas, who killed their leader FerdieCuatro(RIP)back in the mid80's. Fought against STS and all their allies. They were allied with a few gangs, RBS, SRB, but mostly are on their own.

Not sure what your asking. Bahala Na Gang? originally is a prison gang in the Phillippines. I'm not sure how L.A. BNG? got started, whether they had ties to people back home. I know some of the L.A. they had a big click in atwater in the early 80's , they were pretty active, but if i am not mistaken toonerville was one of their rivals
