PENI
Did anybody see that gangland episode..it was about a white gang named PENI. Do they have any clout? The episode made it seem like they had clout on the streets and in prison..but then they said that they worked for the AB, so they aren't really the ones with the clout..it's the AB. All white gangs seem to be puppets for the AB.
