I remember E getting big in the late 90s, but it was tewak that knocked the gangsta out of the pinoys in Carson. Seems like it just blew up overnight. Made them crazier (maybe just reckless and stupid?) for a bit, then they all went junkie status and got skinny and weak. This, shabs killed a lot of the asian gang scene back in the day but especially hard hit were the pinoy hoods. That shit was fun till it wasn't. Licks were good, you got dope and just "having fun" till suddenly you're stuck on the come down and can't even get a dub to get up. Folks started doing their homies dirty, selling that horse salt shit to friends or shit cut with that horse salt, which melts just like shabs but you get like 1 hit from a dub.
