not even the hoover wars can compare to the ECC wars. if im not mistaken hoover gets along with a gang of hoods on the w/s, not to mention most of them dont even have an enemy to the east of their turf because of the harbor freeway gives them a great advantage of holding down figuerao, across vermont they get a long with ETG.
