They have to deport to the country where ppl have their citizenship,so i'm citizen of this country and yes back in 96 we came to ISrael so i don't have russian citizenship now.Haifa is a nice place even beatifull in some areas but not where i live(Hadar)It looks worst than any ghetto in US.Buildings from 60s,,alot of fiends that hooked up on smack therefore alot of robberies and shit but no shootings..extremely rare.Youth playing with knives not guns..alot of security everywhere,undercover cops and other agencies like shabak or modyin that watch everything and listening to the phones and so on...Ppl r kinda fucked up compare to canadians but place is nice))
