Triple Murder Suspect to be Arraigned

LOS ANGELES — The man accused of killing his parents and his ex-girlfriend could appear before a judge later today.

Twenty-three-year-old Joshua Vick faces three capital murder counts with special circumstance allegations that make him eligible for the death penalty.

Vick was shot and wounded Saturday morning after a confrontation with police. Inside his car they found the body of Tesha Collins, his ex-girlfriend and mother of his son.

Collins had been kidnapped at gunpoint from the pre-school where she worked.

The bodies of Vick's father and mother were found in their apartment.
