Apparently he's been arrested for great bodily injury and the use of a deadly weapon.

On 'American Gangster' it said he wasn't due to be released until 2015,shocked me he's been out for almost a year and I'm just finding out. If this current charge sticks,he's gone for life.

I think he was arrested for a parole violation. Where did you hear about assault with deadly weapon?

He was sentenced to 6 years back in 2007 and was released in August of 2012. I wasn't aware that the AG episode said 2015, I was actually in that episode too.

He is out, he did a short violation due to over crowding.

back in custody but getting out on 1/7/15
