2 part question:

1. Who would be considered the OOOOGs in the game? Would that start with Craig Munson and The OG Avenues or with the beginning of the Crips?

2. Is there a such thing as a quintuple OG?

well actually og means original so everyset have one generation that was bangin that as they was set starters generation ...but since most sets are into their tg's runin the hood and bg's basicely doin what ogs was doin with them in the 90's so in that era wich means 3rd generation of og it would put the dude like frogg triple ooog...now for set extincted that wasnt into the gunplay era an only had a generation of banger who all stoped at 19 like graig munson i guess people would call them quadruple og but some wouldnt since avenue pretty much stopped with them so ??its a individual point of view matter ...

Bloods and Crips only been present for about 50 years. ALL Blood and Crip originals (first generation members), if alive, are only in their mid to late 60s. There's no need to call anyone a Quadruple OG. But that's just my opinion, from life experience.
