Do they all come together to function? & If so what would the new name be between Athen's,Mafia,Miller's,Lane's & Jungle's?

Athens are tight with the Jungles and Athens are tight with the Millers. Also a portion of the Athens are tight with the Denver Lanes. Not sure if that got one name for it all.
