2 Female East Coast Crip gang members killed at a party

"Two women were fatally shot early sunday, november 15, 2020 at a gathering in south los angeles, authorities said. The los angeles police department received a call at around 1:53am and responded to the 3100 block of Hill Street, according to Officer Drake Madison. The nature of the initial call was not immediatley clear, police said. Lt. Ryan Rabbett told KCBS-TV on scene that it was some type of gathering and the officers found dozens of people outside. A woman who was there when the shooting began said the crowd was celebrating a birthday party in a warehouse. An unknown suspect approached the women and fire multiple shots, striking both victims. Both women were pronounced dead at the scene. The women were indentified by L.A county coroner's office as Shaterika Howard, 33 from Los Angeles and Shanell Williams, 30, from Victorville."

There's been alot of shootings in the east coasters lately. A reuptuable from 62 got shot in the head in the head this month but lived. Anyone know who been putting in work on them?

I personally believe its the Hoovers, but it could be any of their enemies, now the reason I believe its the Hoovers is because lately they've both been turning up on each other heavy, There have been plenty of incidents recently, a group of ECC caught a Hoover slippin in their hood and they beat his ass unconscious, and left his body laying there in the street, he lived, then the Hoovers were posting up in EC's hood askin "where the cheesy's at??", pullin up their shirts and showing that they were strapped like a mfer lol, its just been petty back and forth shirt recently between the two.
