I know this is on 107th but is there a cross street near the towers?

if i remember correctly its Graham Ave (Willowbrook Ave if you were in Compton)

im saying Willowbrook ave (the street that the blue line runs parallel to in the city of compton) turns into Graham ave once you cross Imperial Hwy into Watts, same st, different name once you exit Compton into Watts, like how Compton Blvd (not to be confused with Compton Ave) turns into Somerset Blvd once you exit Compton into Paramount, same st different name, another example is how Manchester Blvd in L.A. turns into Firestone Blvd once you enter Huntington Park.

It's held down by one of the Watts Varrios, not a Blood or Crip gang.

At least last time I checked.
