The oldest barrios in the valley are Canoga Park Alabama, Blythe Street and San Fers. Which is the oldest of these three?

You sure about that Alonso?

Pacoima is an old barrio.
Barrio Van Nuys is an old barrio.
San Fer for sure.

Blythe St is an 80's gang.

Pacoima and Van Nuys are diffinitely been around. But I think San Fer and Canoga Park Alabama got some years. I thought Blythe was older than the 1980s though.

blythe street has been around alot longer then the 80's, i was busted with a homie from blythe street in his 50's back in 1990, from what he told me is, sanfer, blythe, van nuys, cant be sure what order, but pacas didnt come around till later, not saying that they are new, but not the oldest barrio.

Its a toss up between canoga and sanfer. Blythe is definitely new to the scene(when talking about hoods as old as sanfer and canoga)
