What's the most disfunctional gang neighborhood in LA?

So now they Bossing Up and Popping Mollys and there is no negitive stigma attached to this arid shit by their peers.

to me, this is a major shift in gang culture, not that people use drugs, that always been the case, but the stigma has certainly been lifted. It seem though that there is a stigma for smoking crack, but using Ex, mollys, has become sheik. I think this will add to future dysfunction, and I think the early 2000s is correct, as this shift.

Now Hispanics, like out in the valley be on that NOS, and most of them are even gang affiliated, but if you never been to one, you have to go to one of their parties, they have the NOS tanks, everyone is inhaling, people as young as 16 to early 20s, with a few gang members present.

@Dubbel- I'm pretty sure that NOS is short for nitrous oxide. You know, the tanks that people put in those fast and the furious cars. In regards to the drug use within gangs, I think that it depends on the type of drug. As I think Alonso or XXX said earlier in this post, when it comes to crack that is typically frowned upon, but it still happens. I think the perception of being a crack head, stealing from your loved ones and close friends has made it the low end of the drugs, with crystal. With these new designer drugs such as molly's, I think that because they are considered party drugs and you don't see people jacking and selling tv's and radios to get them, they are not viewed the same. Having said that, and no disrespect to the youngsters on here, but in my opinion, the new generation doesn't have the same loyalty and commitment to their respective sets as the old school gangsters. This generation is all about self and coming up and as a result you see more disfuctional relationships amongst young people as a whole, and it permeates into the gang culture as well.

This varrio was too big to begin with. Like the Roman Empire, was too big to me managed. Eventually things will collapse.
