Two guys, 19 and 24, were shot and killed by 2 walk up shooters on Jan 20, 2014 ata1:50 pm on Normandie & 3rd Street. There is a huge memorial posted on the corner and you can see photos of that at: http://www.streetgangs.com/features/012 ... 18thstreet

Thats a sad picture man. I was in the area that day working. I seen the cops going west on 3rd I was going toward the 110 in downtown. I wasn't paying attention almost went head on went them.
Even though they are technically adults, I consider them kids. There young in "MIND".
I see a lot of MS 13 hit ups in that area, so one can only wonder. I never realize how close Shatto Park is. Rest In Peace young homies.

Damn alonso you went there.....but ms is a big problem for them....i couldnt believed when i moved to alvarado and 6th/3rd that ms taken over the whole park alrdy. That was in 2012
