There was an old barrio on the border of Monterey Park/Alhambra called Poorside which supposedly goes back to the 60s.

If thats the case I would say.

Sangra
Lomas
Animal Tribe (many joined Lomas)
Basset Grande
Poorside
Sastre Monte
El Monte Flores
El Monte Hayes
El Monte Hicks
East Side Bolen
Townsmen
Puente13
