NELA13 was around in the 80s, they were active, don't know about today, you'll run into a member here and there, it was just one of those hoods that didn't catch on like the Avenues, whom did get big, expanded turf and took out some of the surrounding smaller gangs, i know they gave Glassel Park 13 a whoopin.

It's easy! click on Post Reply, and then stroll down and you should see a little tab that says "Attachments", click on that, and then click on "Add Files", find the picture on your computer, and then click on "Open", the file should immediately upload to this site, and then just type whatever info you want to put in here and then just click on the "Submit" button and thats it.
