Whats up, homies. I was reading some messages and I was struck by someone who said that the 18th street gangs were dealing with Mexican and Colombian cartels.. I am originally from Mexico and I like the culture of the narcos and the gangs of Los Angeles. Is this real? I mean, if some gangs deal directly with the Mexican drug cartels or just the EME does business with them?

Big influence in San Diego and Los Angeles, but more San Diego. I would say the Barrio Logan Heights has had the strongest connection to Mexica Cartels on the California side. But there is also Texas.
