2 El Monte PD officers killed by Quiet Village gang member

Suspect who killed those 2 El Monte police officers identified as Justin Flores.
Picture shows him as having Quiet tattooed on right side of his cheek and what might be Village on the other side.
Quiet Village 13 is out of Whittier. Whittier is not too far away from El Monte.
