All the black hoods through the West & East of the 170 and beyond in the Valley have the best areas. You can forget about Pacas.

almost every house in LA looks nicer than NY except for the ones recently built. from what i've seen of LA all the houses look pretty decent even in SC. LA looks fresh, NY looks old, cold, and dirty. just my opinion.

Westside of LA has some nice places, and a bunch are scattered through Inglewood. Eastside is still grimey as a motherfucker, at least in LA proper and Watts. Lots of Compton has real nice houses, including surrounding areas that used to be considered Compton.

epun wrote: I can't beleive bodies drop over there

I think about this when I see alot of these neighborhoods with these nice homes, I be tripping like, damn it's some nice strips of streets with good houses, but our peoples blood are soaked in these same streets. We shouldn't have to move way out, if our peoples got their s!@# together we could have some beautiful communities.

NHB R20'S
.....

some parts of NHB 20's, like the upper west adams, them big ass old homes. But it seems like most of they hood got big homes, but you can tell shit kinda run down. That's not the same like Campanella Park, ING (except that Darby area, that shit is creepy) ETG and parts of 60's.

I said this over at Allhood. I'd buy a house in most of west side...east side, you can have it. I want somethin' that reminds me of Daygo, lol!
