From Figueroa to Alameda that's always been blood territory.
Eastside Rollin Twenties Outlaws.
Rollin Thirties Piru and Blood Stone Piru had a presence too.
The only Crips ever to be in the eastside low bottoms north of Jefferson was southsude 43s and they had one block. 20th street between Central and Naomi.
I don't know the history behind that I'm not old enough.

Man, been awhile since I read it, so might be wrong, but seems like R20s had a click on 27th that would make it even harder--suicidal--for any Crip gang to be in that area.
