Parthenia 13

Many neighborhoods can not maintain themselves with the level of competition. They may get pulled into other neighborhoods or they just fade out. Only discuss those areas from LOS ANGELES that are gone.

Parthenia 13 was named after a park in the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, California, there is an article that states, some of the members believed they had a snitch within there neighborhood, and they killed her, and eventually this neighborhood just vanished. They're pretty much extinct/defunct
