According to the lit of the Insane Gangster Disciples (a fake offshoot of the GDs from Chicago) BULLS stands for "Bloods Usually Look Like Slobs". I always found it interesting that even though they pretend to be connected to the Gangster Disciples Nation, their lit makes no mention of the Black P. Stone Nation of Chicago, which has always been one of the GDN's biggest rivals.
