Best Rapper 1996 - 2000

Unread post by alexalonso » November 12th, 2009, 1:59 am

I want to know who you think was the best rapper during this era. When I sat best rapper I dont mean best rap song, but the actual best rapper. I also dont mean the most records sold, just the best rapper.

- In 1996 Tupac was by far the best on the scene
- Big Pun - Capital Punishment by far the best album of the year in 1998/99
- Biggie

dam they are all dead.
