Daz vs. Riflemen (Jayo Felony, Kurupt, Mobb Deep, 40 glocc)

Unread post by Ice » October 9th, 2004, 2:09 pm

I can't find the first diss track by the riflemen, i got no time to look for it right now but it was weak, weak beat, weak shit....Daz replied with PISTOL WHIP, which was tight:

http://www.dpgrecordz.com/audio/pistol_whip_low.mp3

And now we got Jayo Felony goin at Daz with "Daz is dead"

http://www.wcrydaz.com/media/jayo_felon ... s_dead.wma

i say its a tie between the last two, but Daz definitely got the lead after he put out Pistol Whip cause the riflemen's first track was straight garbage...

40 Glocc was a down ass nigga - now he turned his back on the Dogg Pound. This heated situation was goin down earlier, but I guess now its on wax. For that nigga Petey Pablo takin shots - nigga best protect his necc cos too many hot heads is terppin.

I think you're seriously trippin homie. The Rifleman is tight as fuc-, and Daz's track is funny style. Daz ain't had one tight track this whole millenium. He's washed up. As for daz punkin Jayo? Doubtful in my book. If he got the nuts to fuc- with Trey Dee, he ain't gonna half step with Daz. Daz is nowhere near Trey Dee's level in the streets. Daz is a rapper, Trey Dee is a killer.

the first rifleman track was weak as fuck, sorry but it is dawg...

daz's track is tight, funny as always...jayo's shit is pretty good too, thats why i said its a tie...

and when was the last time rappers turned bangin on wax into real bangin, all them fools that talk all that shit aint gonna do nothing...this goes for daz & jayo, if they wanted to do something they'd do it, they just beefin for publicity

because the difference is that Daz was never an active gangster. Mighta been from the hood, but ain't never bust a grape except on CD's. Jayo was a gangster, done dirt, been locked up numerous times, before he ever got a record, so Jayo got it in him, daz doesn't. And Trey Dee? That fool has been puttin in work on the streets since you were probably learning to color inside the lines. Some gangsta rappers actually are gangsters, believe it or not. And sorry dog, but like I said, Daz ain't had even a DECENT song in at least 5 years.

whatever you say dawg, i aint gonna argue with you, i know jayo is down and i cant comment on daz cause i just dont know...BUT....all i'm gonna say is if jayo wanted to do something to daz he wouldnt put out a diss track, he'll go out and do it...

and one more thing, if daz hasnt put out a decent track in 5 years, jayo felony hasnt put out one decent track throughout his whole career, he's on kurupt's dick right now tryin to get exposure but do you think it'll happen? hell no. keep bangin outta this, most of jayo's shit sucks...when it comes to music daz is a legend as far as producing and one of the better cats as far as rapping and albums he put out...jayo's shit is weak

I dunno homie, jayo's first album was bangin, and his last album Crip Hop was bangin. The one in the middle was pretty weak, I'll give you that, but Crip Hop? That shi- is hard.

Ay who's heard of the original Rifleman, Ellay Khule?
He's been flipping that fast style and going by the name "Rifleman" for about a decade. He's an LA native. Fools need to stop biting names and styles.

I guess that's true if you wanna get REAL technical. The fact that Rifleman and Kurupt both used to go to the Blow'd, the open mic spot off of Crenshaw and 43rd where up and comers get down makes me question though. One letter ain't gonna convince me...
The 'Riflemen' are bound to blow up way harder then 'Rifleman' anyway. Same way Bone Thugs N Harmony blew up doing the double-time type of flow that originated in the West Coast.
