There is no such set. I know because I live just a couple of blocks from the intersection of Imperial and State. That is in the city of Lynwood, not South Gate. Also, that intersection is the Plaza De Mexico Shopping Center. There are no Crips headquartered there.

Now back in the days before 4-29-92 I use to jump on the RIDE TO DIE number 60 and I use to go to the movie theaters out there on that strip. All the ESSAY's gave that love and didn't bother anyone but they could have if they wanted to cause they where deep in that city.
