Martinez,
Your right about the face tatts, neck down looks cool and if someone has a blad head they can look good on the head
when done right. Ive seen some face tatts that are OK, simple things like tear drops or a name above the eye brow but thats as far
as it should go.

The only one on face that looks firme is the lil gang name over the eyebrow, some of my homies got "LOTT X3" over their eyebrow or one ONLY tear drop
