CORPORTATE PRISONS

u know how some state governments allow certain corporations privatize prisons cuz the state aint cuttin it... and generally they find that the security in these prisons sucks, the corporation is receiving tax write offs and subsidies so they rippin the taxpayers off, and a lot of times there's more inmate on staff as well as inmate on inmate violence in these corporate prisons. anybody got more info on all this? I dont really know a whole much about privatized prisons.. i was wonderin if anybody can post they thoughts on this subject
