Just a video idea. Did making that list help reduce crime?

Top ten gangs based on what? In 2007 the city did it, but then they quickly stopped doing it. I think LAPD's 2007 list was based on recent high profile incidents like 204th Street gang involved in one killing but it hardly makes them a top 10 gang.
