Los Angeles serial killer Samuel Little dead at 80

"Samuel Little, 80, is believed to be America's deadliest serial killer. Little died while incarcerated on wednesday, december 30, 2020 while serving three consecutive life sentences without parole for the death of three women in the 1980's. But Little's status as the deadliest serial killer comes from his post-conviction confession of killing 93 others. He claimed to have killed as many as 93 women, and investigators have linked him to over 60 murders. The Ferderal Bureau of Investigation has confirmed Little's involvement in at least 50 murders, the largest number of proven cases for any serial killer in United States history.

He allegedly murdered women across 19 states over a third of a century ending around 2005. A majority of his victims were black or latina females ranging in age from 20 to 50 years in age. Little targeted vulnerable invididuals, many of whom were sex workers or drug users, officials say. A former competitive boxer, Little would knock his victims out with punches before strangling them to death, meaning that there were not always obvious signs, like stab or bullet wounds, indicting how the person had been murdered. Instead many deaths were incorrectly determined to be overdoses or accidental and were never investigated. Some bodies have never been found, the agency said.

Last year the FBI said its analysts believed all of his confessions were "credible". They also released images of the victims he drew while in prison in an attempt to trace those he killed. Little was arrested in 2012 on a drugs charge in Kentucky and extradited to California, where officers carried out
DNA testing on him. He already had an extensive criminal record, with offences from armed robbery to rape across the US. The DNA results linked him to three unsolved murders from 1987 and 1989 in Los Angeles County. He pleaded not guilty at trial, but was eventually convicted and sentenced to three consecutive life sentences, with no chance of parole."

I remember watching this shit on the news years ago, supposedly he had photographic memory. He knew where he killed most of the women and how they looked, so they had him draw some of the victims.
