Are all over my campus, UCI is known for having one of the largest Muslim populations, 2 of Americas 29 Mosques are located in Irvine, so that might be a contributing factor, anyway I was walking from my Pol-sci class back to my ride and got caught up in the religious crossfire, a group of four Muslims approached me, tying to lecture me, But I lectured them, disproved them, and discredited there God, made one nigga almost cry, Went to my hommies dorm, grabbed a 20X20 Israeli Flag, stood on the overpass (UCI is as large as a fuckin city, the campus has its own zip code) and let the flag hang... Everybody was historical... People didn't know what the fuck... A 6'4 Dreadlocked Rasta Nigga waving an Israeli flag on the day Muslims were on there march, in front of thousands... Niggas didnt know what the fuck to do... Its some shit that I've always wanted to do as show of Zion solidarity. Next time there out there talking nonsense religious rhetoric trying to indoctrinate naive ass gullible niggas with a false ass impostor god, be assured I'll have the hommies flag on deck, I'll take pictures of that shit this time, so you can see the reaction on a niggas face... That shit is classic.

You side with Israel to show Zion solidarity? Ain't nothin in common with the Zion of Rastafarianism and the Zion of Israel but the name and the star, so really you are putting yourself out there to support the fact that yall share the same word- Zion - for your promised land, nevermind they ain't even in the same continent. Zion is a spiritual or physical promised land, holy land.

The difference is Zion I believe for Rastas is spiritual whereas Israel went into an occupied place, set up shop, and said they are valued higher in God's eyes than the previous population, justifying occupation and colonialization. Rastas dream about Zion but they ain't going up to Ethiopia recolonizing that shit right?

I think that Zion is a spiritual land not physical. Which is why Israel going up there muscling shit around because they are supposedly special is terrible. Meanwhile Hasidic people continue to make their vision a reality no matter where they rest. Maybe they see Zion is in their traditions and they can recreate it.

The truth is the Rastafari doctrine is diversified and often changes from one believer to the next. For example, there is a debate as to whether Haile Selassie is God, Christ, the personage of Christ, or a good man and whether Marcus Garvey was Moses, John the Baptist, a prophet, or merely a good man. Also, there is the debate as to whether repatriation to Zion is physical, spiritual, or both.

And this is right here is off the point of what the argument was. What does Israeli Zionism have to do with YOU, besides you want to fly their flag and hate on Muslims and confuse people?
