would people who live in the suburbs face the same harrassment that blacks face in the Nickerson gardens?

Just looking at Jay Rocks reaction, reminded me of my childhood (Yep, as a child), and how so many other minorities are effected by police harrassment and continue or begin to rebell and have little to zero respected for law enforcement..

It just doesn't go down like this in the suburbs of LA County.. and remember when they use to jumped out armed with guns pointed in your face and at the back of your head...?

i hate black on black crime to be honest...even tho 98% of people i had problems with my life on the street or w.e were black.

yeah but if check back in history , before the racial slave trade and heavy racisim ....

people of there own countries and land were wiping each other out , over personal predjudices....before
the idea of attacking people over skin color and down grading there racial status ....

classism causes a whole lot more discension than racism.

No, it hasn't been proven. It's a theory at this point until we can find every single persons DNA....ever. Which will never happen. It may even be a highly likely theory but it is still just a theory. Even if it were proven, that wouldn't convince everyone. There's still people out there that believe the earth is flat after all.

If every male had the exact same or close to the exact same appearance, and the same for every female, there would still be BS based on class, income, outward dress. White people from dirt poor southern areas get looked down upon everywhere else by other whites.

And don't forget divisions like religion, nationality/ethnicity isn't always just racial.
Ex. of non-"racial" stupidity :
As a whole, if you compare every type of Jew (Ashkenazi, Sephardic, Ethiopian, North African, etc.) and compared every type of Arab (Eastern European - including Russia, Iberian/Sahrawi, Sudanese, Central Asian, North African, etc.) you couldn't tell by their physical traits. And there are Jewish Arabs/Arab Jews as well - and that doesn't stop the hate whatsoever.

I know a black LAPD guy, I'm not sure how widespread this is but he said is his district white cops are more hesitant to do anything, especially physically take someone down even if it was necessary, because they're worried about getting sued, complaints, etc.

For a while I lived in some suburbs around So Cal and I have to agree, within a certain range of social standing of the middle to upper middle class people, racial prejudice is really drowned out among the noise of how you dress, keeping up bullsh!t apperances (car, house, etc), and a mess of really class-based issues.
