If they are not and they came to me, I would immediately (without hesitation) protect and refer them to their own people for context, education, and a personal recommendation for immediate removal of all racist symbols from their body.

Well it actually was a buddhist symbol meaning "Peace" before it was anything else. But then later on the Nazi's made it into their symbol for hate and war. I'm still not sure if it is supposed to be the buddhist symbol or the nazi symbol. I have heard of some people who really hate their own race.

I read the link you gave, as far as the story of the origin goes its pretty factual. most people forget there was a black nazi who was running with Public enemey (remember Professor Griff, the militant cat who always wore the shades) and i think chuck d might be down as well. do a cross reference on public enemy and anti-semetism.
