The stunning call to ban all Jewish groups raised concerns of persistent anti-Semitism in Russia.

Jewish leaders have praised President Vladimir Putin (news - web sites)'s government for encouraging religious tolerance, but rights groups accuse the authorities of failing to prosecute the perpetrators of anti-Semitic and racial violence.

sometimes it seems to me that russia has more nazis than germany and its not that unrealistic......anti semitism and racism has always been a big issue in Russia. Its like a part of mentality of the average russian to be at least a bit anti semitic...its considered to be normal over there...Thats at least what a russian told me.

First of all before talking about jewish problem in Russia,learn russian history and c for yourself what good jews did to russia during hundreds of years,,,they were already banned from there,somehow they returned and shit goes on.
