christians and catholics

my homie told me today that christians couldnt go out with catholics because it was a sin and it to me its the most ridiculous thing i ever heard someone hit me back up on this if this is true because he told me that his priest told him this peace

first of all... catholics are christians. but yeah when it comes to catholics getting married to someone who isnt catholic they have problems with the church. so if your catholic you cant marry someone who isnt unless they become catholic or you dont get married through the catholic church.

LA, naw big homie, im christian and ive been with alot of catholic girls over the years growing up and all, catholic girls do like to tell you that they are waiting til marriage, but what ever.

ight koo so christians can go out with catholics but cant marry. the thing i still dont get is that the priest told my homie thats its a sin for christians to go with catholics or vice versa. thx for the info homies peace

they can get married, but its more likely to then be a christian wedding,

They can get married, but the couple has to sign aomething stating that the children will be raised catholic, and the non-catholic will not force his/her views on the catholic. As for it being a sin? I don't see how. Catholics ARE christians. I asked a priest about it and he says the guy's out of line.

you can not marry in a church if you hadn`t communion and stuff you go through if you are a member of a catholic community.
you can do whatever you want in spare time.
