Damn, San Jose is the richest city in the country? Never would of guessed.. It's crazy how San Francisco is #3, yet Oakland is right across the bridge and has one of the poorest education systems in the country! Diversity at its finest, haha..

yeah those city's are the richest, but the average people that live there are poor as hell, bareky making it with the high house prices & everything else.

those city's that you mentioned have rich people but the city doesnt own that money, just some individuals that live there.

Word. The standard of living is ridiculously high in those places. Small ass 1br/1ba shack in the ghetto for almost $1k a month in some places. F-ck, you can rent a brand new two story, four bedrom, two bath house a little north of here for $1200-1600 a month. But that's in the second poorest county in Cali, Yuba County.
