none of y'all scare me. Come on now, this is the net. You entertain me. But it gets kind of old when you just refuse to see the truth and make ignorant comments about modesto being more dangerous than compton, or even santa ana. not to say there aren't dangerous places up north, Modesto ust isn't onwe of em. Richmond, Oakland, parts of Sacramento, east palo alto, etc. There are tons of places up north where you can get smoked real easy , modesto just isn't really one of them.

So dont tell me your fairytales about town's from down south being harder. If you get a chance come up NORTH to MODESTO wearing a (l.a. dogers) jersey or any jersey with the number 13 on it and see how fast you get shoot by these youngsters in MODESTO

Homie I could give 2 fucks about 13's or 14's, and damn sure wouldn't be sportin no LA jersey. But I tell you this. I been to Oakland, Richmond, San Jose, Vallejo, and Fresno and I stayed in an Orange County jersey and hat with a black rag out my pocket. Didn't shi- happen to me dog. I got nothin but love. And all of those places do more dirt than Modesto so save it.

say pancho, sounds like you need to get away from modesto and relax. like come down south and go to disneyland and get away from them pressures there. i have a homegirl who said you can kick it at her pad...lol. sh-it, what more can you ask for?, a free pad, a hyna, good company...you down? i can hook it up for you...

~Slain officer's sacrifice will be remembered~

There is no solace for those who knew and loved Stephan Gray, the Merced police officer who was shot and killed while making a traffic stop Thursday night.
There is nothing anyone can say to lessen the awful loss felt by his wife, his three children. his neighbors and the officers with whom he served. Mere words will bring little comfort to those who loved him.
Yet, we would have them know that we grieve, too.
Whenever a good person dies, we are all diminished. When that person dies protecting his community from those who would harm us, then our cries of sorrow turn also into cries for justice.
It's a cry heard around the nation.
Gary was the third police officer to be shot dead in April and the 20th this year.
An officer was gunned down in San Francisco on April 10; another fell in Buncombe County, N.C., April 4; two were shot in Bradford County, Pa., March 31. Forty-nine were murdered in 2003, 57 in 2002.
Like Gary, most were young men with families. None deserved to die.
Can we stop such senseless killings? In a society that prizes its guns more than its safety; a society that turns drug dealers into wealthy men; a society in which street gangsters are emulated; a society that turns violence into entertainment; a society that imprisons thousands but rehabilitates few, such killings will go on.
The only solace for those who knew Stephan Gray is that we will not forget his sacrifice.
His fellow officers will search relentlessly until they catch "Tahua Tao Rivera" the person who killed the seven-year veteran.
Justice will be served!

Merced is a small town next to Modesto. Tahua "Tao" Rivera is a documented Crip gang member from Merced. Tahua is from M.G.C. (Merced Gangster Crips). All i know is when they "The Police" catch this individual "He's going to be another Death Row inmate waiting to be executed (If the Police dont execute him first)!....................~DreamerGirl~

The article giving a run down on Tahua"Tao"Rivera is in The Modesto Bee; Local section on Tuesday, April 20, 2004. Just click to the archives section of The Modesto Bee (Topic) "Sister of suspect in Merced police killing jailed". Supposably Tahua"Tao"Rivera had "MGC" tattooed on his right forearm; The initials stand for (Merced Gangster Crips). Rivera's adult record goes back to 2000, when he was arrested on suspicion of possessing a firearm. He was given a three-year suspended prison sentence, ordered to serve eight months in jail and placed on five years' probation. He was sent to prison in late 2001 for probation of violation and possession of rock cocaine. Now that the police have arrested him; they'll probably be a high profile case with lot's of media................................~DreamerGirl~

Yeah that vato Rivera pleaded not guilty on Friday May 7 2004. They said he was gang related. Crazy stuff man. I hope he get's a fair trail in MERCED........LOL; Yeah Right!

They had a few hundred of ppl (family & friends) there outside the merced county jail from where this kat is locked up at. shouting "MGC", his sister claims he didnt kill the cop that some chick did it. They had him on the cover of the modbee the other day, he had a grin on his face like its nothing. We'll see tho hopefully dood is telling the truth and will be set free, but its not going to be easy for him.....

It's on KCRA & all the News Press across the nation's. They're really tripping on gangsters killing cop's especially in California. As we speak, law agencies are trying to create a law that if a known gang member kill's a police officer he/ she is to be executed by law>point, period blank!..............~DreamerGirl~
