i stayed there 6 months one time, and the gangs i heard of are,

red cobra bloods
nuclane(laotian word for gangster) bloods
laos cambodian vietnamese
oriental boy society

the first 3 are the ones i heard put in alotta work, but the funny thing is, they don't have hoods.
