I heard they're Viet and wear blue, but I'm not sure if they claim Crip.

LOC did die out & the remaining LOCs all joined NS & WS ABZ in the sgv area

They're still "alive" i think. A few days ago i heard about them fighting with some hispanics. From all i know, most of them has been recruited into NS and WS ABZ but the few left still hold up they're own... And they consist of all Cambodians, Viets, Chinese. Oh yea, They're not only in Rosemead but also in El Monte and Walnut.
