The reason i asked the question was because, in the last timei have been reading. That san diego surenos dont pay taxes to La eme and that la eme dont have the same power over sureno gangs anymore.

I am sure in Logan Heights, where those fools can make some money, they are getting taxed for sure. That money is probably going straight to Jose "Bat" Marquez who is in the feds right now serving life, or to Raul "Huero Sherm" Leon, or Salvador Perez.
